The New Zealand Walking Access Commission is running a short online survey to gather feedback from members of the public who have emailed, phoned or met its regional field advisors or Wellington staff in the past year.

The Corporate Responsiveness Survey can be completed online in under 10 minutes. Public responses will help the Commission to gauge satisfaction with its services and identify any areas for improvement.

New Zealand Walking Access Commission Chief Executive Mark Neeson said the survey would help the Commission to gain a better understanding of how the public perceived its service.

“The feedback will play a vital role in helping us to identify our strengths and weaknesses and any areas we can improve on in future. I would encourage anybody who has contacted the Commission in the past year to complete the survey and to have their say.â€
