Provide your feedback and be in to win

Have you used the online Walking Access Mapping System (WAMS) or contacted the New Zealand Walking Access Commission for information about access to the outdoors?

If so, the Commission is seeking your feedback via two short online surveys.

The first of these surveys is the WAMS User Survey, which asks members of the public who have used the system to share their views on its value and functionality.

The second survey is the Commission's Corporate Responsiveness Survey. This survey is seeking feedback on the quality of service provided by the Commission to members of the public who have emailed, phoned or met with Commission staff or regional field advisors to request information about access to the outdoors or to discuss access issues.

New Zealand Walking Access Commission Chief Executive Eric Pyle said the surveys, which take less than 10 minutes to complete, would help the Commission to gain a better understanding of how the public perceived its services.

“The feedback will play a vital role in helping us to identify our strengths and weaknesses and any areas we can improve on in future. I encourage anybody who has used WAMS or contacted the Commission in the past year to have their say.â€
